He’s led origination, strategic partnerships, commercial structuring, engineering and operations in multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investments across Asia, EU & ME. Archit holds a BTech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from INSEAD.

Manya has worked across the spectrum of the energy sector in his last 18 years of professional experience. From electric power (generation, transmission and distribution) to energy efficiency and energy markets, he’s led roles in functions like strategy, operations, product development, business transformation in geographies like North America and Asia. He has a BTech and an MTech from IIT Delhi and an MS from MIT.

Fun fact: Manya has been learning to play the guitar for the last 7 years. At the pace at which he’s going, he is sure to get there in the next 17 years.

Shashi has worked in private equity, credit and fundraising roles for the last 18 years. In this, he’s led origination, deal structuring, financing, asset and partner management across more than $2 billion AUM across equity and debt. He has a BTech and an MTech from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Company Secretary for the NBFC and a group advisor on finance & accounts, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance matters, responsible for all company affairs and compliances under the Companies Act, 2013. Brings ~40 years of experience and is actively involved in shaping policies and strategies aligned with RBI guidelines for the NBFC.
